Postal Code and Zip Code Validation on
the same field
You can not apply to different forms of validation on the same field.  You can however, create two fields, one for zip, one for postal code, and then hide and show the correct field using a dependency based on the selected country. The dependency would be created on each of the zip/postalcode fields and would check the value of country to determin whether to hide or show the field.
You can create the dependency through the dependency tab in the field properties window. For more information on Dependencies search our KB for the word 'dependency'
