AutoResponder Content is not updating after duplicating a form
If you have duplicated a form or added a new autoresponder sometimes the
old autoresponder will stick around. The way to resolve this is to open the
autoresponder profiles window and follow these steps if you have more than
one autoresponder profile listed below. Also, if you do not have a default
selected, you should first try selecting a default and then testing again.
1. Open up the profile that is NOT the default. Click the checkbox to make
it the default and step through the following screens until it is updated.
2. Next, open the profile that you want to be the default, edit it and
check the checkbox to make it the default. Step through and save.
If you have only one autoresponder profile (the default profile):
1. Create a new standard autoresponder
2. Set it as the default and step through the remaining screens and save.
3. Then delete the profile you just created. Your other profile should
automatically become the default, make sure it is.
Either of these two methods will refresh the default 'cached' autoresponder
if it has somehow not been cleared out of the systems memory.
