What does Remotley Hosted mean?
Remotley Hosted means that the web forms that you design at logiforms.com are hosted on our server. You simply add
a line of code to your webpage and your forms will appear on your site. You can also host your own forms on your site/server.
When the online form is submitted, it will go to logiforms.com and then back to your thank you page.
The link to logiforms is so fast that it is not even seen by your end users.
Do I have to download and install logiforms to use it?
No! logiforms is an Application Service Provider. You can build your web forms, manage your data and send email campaigns straight through
our web based interface. There is no software to download and you can access the site from anywhere with an Internet connection.
Can I use logiforms on more than one website
Yes! You can use logiforms on as many domains as you want. This is perfect for web designers with multiple client sites. You can
use sub user accounts to share the data you collect with each of your clients.
Is there a long term contract or other restrictions
You can sign up month-to-month or sign up for 12 months at a time. You get two months free when you sign up for a year subscription.
When your going month-to-month you can cancel your account at any time and there are no penalties.
How long has logiforms been in business and will you be here tomorrow?
logiforms has been providing web based form solutions since 2001. We have established a large customer base and have quickly
become the premier provider of online forms. logiforms staff are busy working on the next version of our form software and
we plan on being around for a long time.
Do you do any custom development?
Yes we do. We often add features to extend the logiforms functionality upon our clients request. We also welcome any ideas
on how we can improve the service. We offer subsidized rates for the development of custom features and fast turn around. If you
need logiforms to do something that it does not currently do, request a quote for
custom development today.
What kind of technical support do you provide?
We provide Fast, Free email tech support. We've also designed a series of
Quick Start guides covering the core topics, a searchable
web based user manual and a growing series of video tutorials (more coming soon). Our Email tech support response time is usually
within a few hours and never more than 24. We will be launching several new payed support programs soon.
I already have web forms, can I use them with logiforms?
Yes you can! You can simply import your existing forms and logiforms will instantly and automatically generate a database
backend and everything else you need. You can also add validation from our large library of
validation routines to your imported forms.
The only thing you can not do with imported forms is edit the form itself. This means you can't add, edit, delete or re-arrange fields.
If you need that type of functionality, or expect your forms to change, you should use our form designer to create your forms.
What are your payment options? Do you accept POs?
We have recently begun to accept POs due to popular demand. Purchase Orders are only accepted for 12 month accounts due the processing
overhead and the low price / great value of our accounts. We accept Visa,Master Card and American Express for any account type and
will also accept cheque and wire transfer payments for 12 month subscriptions.
Do you have a private label version?
Yes we do. We have several active private label partners. Our software can be skinned to represent your brand and integrated with your
merchant account for all payment processing. For further information, contact us.

If I go over my monthly limits can I buy more credits?
You can purchase additional credits for all of the services we offer. A credit pricing guide can be
