Netspective used logiforms to free up internal programming staff to focus on Product Development
Netspective develops XML and Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) platforms that simplify the development of e-business applications.
Sparx allows existing senior technical resources to focus on business IT initiatives while providing the junior resources the tools to deliver functionality, code, and documentation.
The Challenge:
As a firm that focuses on software engineering, using our own in-house programmers, and with a framework as rich as Sparx we could have easily developed our own solution for the types of services that Logiforms provides. However, as the CEO I made the decision that Netspective would focus its efforts on improving the sales and support of our products instead of worrying about keeping a server up that managed our forms, e-mails, auto responders, and other mission-critical services.
The Solution:
When we found out about Logiforms we decided to give it a try and within 1 day we had all the forms, databases, e-mailers, auto responders completed and online at our website (http://www.netspective.com). Our return on investment for Logiforms has been outstanding and the ease of creating the forms and mailers allowed our non-technical staff members like sales and marketing folks create the forms instead of getting programmers involved. Now, all of our online forms are managed by Logiforms and we couldn’t be happier. Today we have a list of all the customers that have entered data into our forms hosts on Logiforms and that data can be easily analyzed, exported, and reported by non-technical users.
The Summary:
Netspective developed an auto responder follow up strategy that would in conjunction with their trial software download form. 30 days after a user has downloaded the trial software by completing a logiform on the site, the automated follow up sequence contacts them to follow up about sales leads and and any questions remaining after the trial period. A similar automated email is delivered 15 days after the support form is completed to check that the customers questions were answered and offer additional assistance
