FW Interactive collects over 25,000 Contest Submissions in 8 hours
FW Interactive builds and runs web sites for FW Magazine, a lifestyle and entertainment magazine targeted at 18 - 34 year olds. We work exclusively with big consumer brands and help them market to this hard to reach audience.
The Challenge:
FW oftens needs to build custom promotional web sites for our clients on short notice. These sites usually have a 'data capture module' that requires us to build a custom database. With a minimum of skilled technical staff we needed a solution that would allow us to capture user data without having to hire a full time database administrator.
The Solution:
We were looking for a solution that could handle large numbers of submissions in a short period of time (our largest promotion resulted in 2 form submissions every 30 seconds for over 8 hours), offered us maximum customization options, utilized a web based interface so our non-technical account staff could build the 'data capture module' and would allow us to easily transfer the data to our existing database.
We started by looking at building a custom program that would do half of what Logiforms allows us to do and found we were looking at $25,000 to build it. Then we found Logiforms and we've been able to run several online contest and surveys for our biggest clients without a problem. Logiforms has saved us time and money.
